The Western Bison Association welcomes vendors to our annual Wild West Buffalo Stampede.
Our vendors enhance the show and sale by offering a variety in merchandise, food, and frozen meat for sale.
Our vendors set up inside the Auction Arena Building
lobby and also outside the building.
Our conference chairwoman arranges for your space, it’s size and location. You may request
a one table space or two table space. Due to space limitations, there is an additional $10.
charge for the second table. The tables are standard 8 feet long folding tables that we
provide through the Golden Spike Event Center or you may use your own tables.
Electricity is available. Lighting is typical , so you may wish to bring extra lamps to spotlight your display.
Our vendors set up on Friday of the Stampede schedule. We encourage vendors to set up in the morning.
Fee’s are $75./day for Saturday, the day of our Wild West Buffalo Sale. Vendors are also required by
the state of Utah to aply for a sales tax license which is $5.
